Meet Cagla Mezhepoglu, Human Resources Manager at Wellspect's manufacturing site in Kazan. Cagla's journey began with a Bachelor's degree in American Language and Literature, followed by a year in the US. Upon her return to Turkey, she did a Master's degree in Human Resources Management later followed by a second Master's degree in Industrial Psychology.
