Driven by a passion for people combined with business interest

Johan Broman has worked with Human Resources in different international industries in Sweden, until he ended up with Astra Tech, now Dentsply Sirona, in 2006. Today he is responsible for HR within Wellspect in the Nordic countries.

 “There is a very positive and supportive culture in the company to encourage colleagues, share information and collaborate across departments and divisions,” Johan says. “There is an attitude that we’re in this together and we’ll succeed together. And always for the good of our users.

“I have a great job within HR,” Johan explains, “as I get to meet a lot of people and work with most of the different functions in the company. In my department, we work with policies, guidelines, and management methods for various people processes such as recruitment, development, benefits, and compensation.
