From production to HR support – great career opportunities
"Like many of my colleagues still working at Wellspect, I joined the company in 1997, when production was expanding massively", says Linda Höglund, HR Generalist. "I think we were around 300-400 employees at the time, and we had so much fun – chatting away and competing with each other whenever we had the chance. I think maybe this built the genuine atmosphere of goodwill and comradery that I is still present in the company."
"I received technical training and worked a few years in production and later as supervisor. Then I took on an extra role as secretary to the finance- and personnel manager – and really liked it. So I continued with accounting for 3 years before I found my passion in 2006 – human relations. And here I am!"
