Mats Tingstrand, works as Senior Counsel at the Corporate Legal Department and is part of the Wellspect Management Team. “I get to be there from the very beginning of projects, all the way to new products being launched on the market and distributed globally, which gives me a really good understanding of what we're doing in the company. It's very motivating .”
Mats tells us that he also enjoys working in the multinational global setting, where he gets to serve Wellspect’s local markets everywhere in the world.
He concludes: "It's very useful for a lawyer working for a global company to have a broad understanding of business law when it comes to legal matters, because you get to deal with basically everything – from a nondisclosure agreement to a bigger corporate acquisition or a major company restructuring – or patent litigations. It is never boring.”
