Much change but our user’s needs remain the same.
Rachael Chapple was an experienced specialist nurse when she joined the Wellspect Sales team. “The market has changed dramatically since then and competition is fiercer, but I love that I’m still able to stay close to our customers and bring them different aspects of my knowledge – as I really do believe that our products make a difference to people’s lives," says Rachael.
Rachael’s role has also changed over the years, from Sales to Product Manager in the UK, then Marketing Manager. “Then I applied for a position as Education Manager, Medical Affairs, at headquarters in Sweden. I pulled it off by working from the UK with frequent visits to Sweden.” A couple of years later, Rachael took on a dual role as Product Manager within the Urology platform and Clinical Education Manager.
“Whatever I’ve done, I’ve enjoyed, because it’s given me new dimensions – now I can take my experience and nursing knowledge into Clinical Education. Plus the people that I work with are genuinely nice, they really care about what they do and that’s important – as you spend so much time with your colleagues."
