Making a difference is what my job is all about

Sandrine Rodrigues started her career with Wellspect in Paris in 2005, and now works as a Sales Representative in the South of France. “I've always wanted to challenge myself and develop, so when I had the opportunity to take on a new sector, I immediately jumped at the opportunity of stepping out of my comfort zone. A new sector is like a new job, with the advantage that you know the products,” Sandrine tells us.

She continues: "The daily dealings with our prescribers, trying to keep or gain their confidence, is what keeps me on top – along with the knowledge that in the end, there’s a user who will be helped by our products. Over the past years, new players in the urology field have emerged, which means I always have to do my utmost to stand out from the crowd."

Sandrine explains how the pandemic transformed the company into a more customer-centric organization. “We make more visits by appointment, which makes each meeting more worthwhile. We listen to our customers and respond to their needs, which is essential."
