I love my work with quality at Wellspect
Seda Bas, Head of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs in Kazan, has been part of Wellspect in Türkiye since the very start.
“I love my worklife in Türkiye and Sweden – and I can really enjoy and appreciate the different cultures in both countries,” Seda says and adds: ”I think it’s important to be able to see things in different perspectives.” She also thinks the Wellspect company culture differs from that of other companies, in that employees are supported and feel comfortable and empowered to take their own decisions.
Seda is passionate about quality and proud of the excellent results her team has achieved in recent years. She also mentions sustainability, an area where Wellspect is most definitely leading the way in Türkiye. “This motivates our work and drives us forward,” she says and concludes: “I love my contribution to Wellspect and vice versa. I like working for an international company, where quality and sustainability are really important, but also the strong customer centricity with focus on patient safety. I am pleased that we offer really good continence care for people who need it.”
