“When everything runs like clockwork we’re doing a great job”, says Stina Torstensson, Manager of Site Support at Wellspect Mölndal. “Our goal is to give every employee and every visitor pleasant and professional support.”
“I was only 25 when I joined the company, and I’ve enjoyed developing in different roles.” In 2011, Stina became Manager of Site Support, covering the reception and the local office service and administration. She soon took over the restaurant and started developing the conference department to support colleagues on site.
“You know, I just love working with and supporting people. It’s amazing to see people grow with a task, and I am so happy that I get the same chance to challenge myself and learn new things – and that my managers keep giving me the chance to grow and make me feel important.”
