Like many of her colleagues, Ulrica Pennbrant started working within Urology Production in 1997, when the company was expanding rapidly. "We were only 16-17 people handling the entire production in day shifts. It was quite impressive that we were so few behind such a big production!"
Ulrica continued working with production, ending up as group coordinator before switching to product support, followed by quality control. Since 2010 she’s a part of the product development team. "It’s been fun to follow the progress all the way to our present solutions, which help us ensure a more sustainable production," Ulrica says.
Ulrica continues: "It’s amazing that I have had this opportunity to develop within the company – getting training from the company but above all, learning by doing. And it feels good in my heart to know that we provide our users with products that will help them turn their life around."
